State Nomination are out for skill, 188 and 132

As of today (10 December, 2020), a number of States have announced on their websites that they have already received, from the Department of Home Affairs, the full allocation for State nomination places for the 2020/21 financial year. Below are the updates from these States.
New South Wales
Business and Investor visas
NSW will begin accepting direct applications in early February 2021 for all Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) streams, and the Business Talent (Permanent) visa (subclass 132) Significant Business History stream.
Skilled visas
Invitation rounds occur ongoing throughout the financial year. In line with Home Affairs’ direction, NSW will only invite applicants in selected health, ICT and engineering occupations, and who currently reside in NSW.
Queensland
Business Program
The BSMQ business program is now OPEN from 10 December 2020.
EOI’s will be assessed in the following order of their submission dates:
- 29 September – 5 October, 2020
- 6 October – 9 December, 2020
- 10 October, 2020 onwards
Skilled Program
The program remains SUSPENDED.
Western Australia
Western Australia is accepting State nomination applications for all visa subclasses.
