部份州政府已開放提名澳洲技術移民簽證和澳洲商業投資移民簽證（188和132）
直到今天（2020年12月10日），多個州政府已在其網站上宣布已從內政部取得 2020/21 財政年度州政府的技術移民和投資移民提名配額。以下提名開放州份的更新。
新南威爾斯
澳洲商業投資移民 188 類別
新南威爾士州將在 2021年2月初開始接受所有商業創新和投資（臨時）簽證 (188類) 和企業家 (永久) 簽證 (132類)。
澳洲技術移民
整個財政年度的邀請輪後將按照內政部的指示，新南威爾士州將僅邀請從事特定健康，信息通信技術和工程職業的申請人，並且目前居住在新南威爾士州。
昆士蘭
Business Program
The BSMQ business program is now OPEN from 10 December 2020.
EOI’s will be assessed in the following order of their submission dates:
- 29 September – 5 October, 2020
- 6 October – 9 December, 2020
- 10 October, 2020 onwards
Skilled Program
The program remains SUSPENDED.

Western Australia is accepting State nomination applications for all visa subclasses.
